Terrance Ganaway

I lost my mother to cancer and it left a void in my life. My passion for Christ has filled that void in my life and I am on fire for Him. When Mama’ said, “He is more than a conqueror,” she wasn’t pulling my leg. God has given me a chance to proclaim and spread my faith in another country! I am very excited to share my Father’s wealth in a country that is so hungry for His word! I am more grateful that He has chosen to do so.

HEy, I am so excited to go back to Kenya and continue serving out The Great Commission.

11 When I was a child, I used to speak like a child, think like a child, reason like a child; when I became a man, I did away with childish things.12 For now we see in a mirror dimly, but then face to face; now I know in part, but then I will know fully just as I also have been fully known.13 But now faith, hope, love, abide these three; but the greatest of these is love. I Corinthians 13:11-13

Like a dog that returns to its vomit , is a fool who repeats his folly. Proverbs 26:11 ; )

Team Leader: Wes Yeary

What an honor it is for me to get to go with such an amazing group of young men and women and use the international language of sports to share the love of Jesus and serve with our ministry partners in Nairobi, Kenya! We appreciate all of the financial support, supplies and prayers as we’ve prepared for this exciting step of faith and will treasure your prayers daily as we seek to follow the Holy Spirits leading. Thank you for teaming up with us!

But my life is worth nothing to me unless I use it for finishing the work assigned me by the Lord Jesus—the work of telling others the Good News about the wonderful grace of God. Acts 20:24 (NLT)

Team Leader: Kim Scott

My mantra: “Pray daily, encourage freely, laugh often, love fully, and live intentionally”

I love being with college student athletes when they understand that by the world’s standards they have it all – then they realize that they can’t do everything but they can do something…and start to think through what God would have them do to love Him and serve others.

Jambo!  My name is Ben Maddox and I had the privilege of participating in the first Baylor Mission trip to Kenya back in 2005.  I served on the Leadership

Team and had a transformational experience.  God surely has provided for me and given me the opportunity to go back to Kenya as a Baylor alumni!  Since I graduated I taught and coached for two years in the Rio Grande Valley and now am excited about pursuing international sports ministry.  After our trip to Kenya, I will be traveling separately to South Africa to engage in another sports ministry called Ignite the Flame!
